HOOD HOPS 

H.O.O.D Hops presents creative modules based on ones desired goal using nature’s creation to create workouts.

 

  • We take nature’s creation and create workouts that are fun yet fosters good results that you can be proud of.

 

  • We implement ways for efficacious calisthenics, isomeric and isotopic exercises using what's available for the trainee's daily use.

 

 

For example, we would use the dilapidated steps of a neighborhood building in many diverse ways to develop training that would help any of us to remain intrigued by the use of something ordinary. We are ordinary people but we take extraordinary measures to ensure that we measure up to your goal.

 

 

We meet Monday-Friday at 5:30am (30 mins.) and we keep hopping to different sites every 3 days.
